All goods must be paid for before shipping. Payments are accepted by Paypal and most Debit and Credit Cards either by phone or electronically through the website. If you pay by PayPal your transaction is secure and private. If you pay by Credit or Debit Card, your details are destroyed immediately following the transaction being processed. Your details will never be passed on to any third party or shared with anyone. Little Houndales Knits is a privately owned business and we take your privacy and security very seriously. All goods are shipped within 24 hours (except Sundays) or in exceptional circumstances when I will always notify you. P&P within the UK is £2.50 First Class Royal Mail, regardless of the size or value of your order. P&P within Europe is £3.50, and Worldwide £4.50, regarless of the size or value of your order. All UK orders are posted First Class. At my discretion, I may choose to send more valuable orders recorded or signed for but I will inform you in advance. I will absorb any extra costs where I have chosen to upgrade the postage. From time to time I may offer Free P&P via a code which will be published in the newsletter, in various magazine advertisements or by email to local customers. Occasionally, products may sell out due to high demands. If this is the case, I will contact you and offer either to obtain the product from my supplier and give you a proposed time scale, or I will immediately refund you.
