Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are posted First Class Royal Mail but the majority of parcels are dispatched same day. An Express Service (next day if ordered before 4pm) is available at extra cost, with this service you will need to be available to sign for your parcel.

Standard First Class postage is charged at £2.50 regardless of the size of your order, occasionally Free Postage codes will be published in the newsletter, placed in magazine advertisements or emailed to loyal customers...so look out for them!

WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING FREE UK STANDARD (2nd Class Royal Mail) P&P ON ALL ORDERS

Express postage is charged at £6.00. In rare and unforseen circumstances it may not be possible to dispatch your order for next day delivery, if this occurs, you will be given a full refund of your Express P&P fees and the option to cancel your whole order or choose standard First Class delivery (2 -3 days) for £2.50.
