Duvetine has to be my 'Wild Card', as you know, I am particularly fussy about the qualities of yarn I stock and always sway towards natural fibres. This yarn has no natural fibres...hence why it is my Wild Card, but it is so soft, the texture and depth of tones are divine.....I couldn't resist! It's new for Autumn Winter 2012/13 for Bergere de France and I really do think it will be a hit!

This synthetic yarn has a fabulously subtle wool-like texture and a subtle blend of light and dark colours in both thick and fine fibres. Duvetine is a soft and chunky yarn to keep you warm this winter and knitted on 6 mm needles, it's a beginner's favourite.

Machine washable on a 30 degree wool wash

Knits as a chunky with a tension of 12 stitches and 17 rows to a 4 inch (10cm) square on 6.5mm needles.
